Section 1 — General Information & Eligibility

1.1

Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the entity operating the 8j88 platform ("Platform", "Website" or "Service") ("8j88", "we" or "Company") and any registered or unregistered user of the platform ("you", "member" or "player").

Browsing the 8j88 website, creating an account, or using any service will be considered as confirmation that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all provisions of these Terms.

          Important: If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
        

1.2

Language & Interpretation of Terms

These Terms are drawn up in Bengali and that version is the authoritative one. In the event of any conflict with a translation or version in another language, the Bengali version shall prevail. Where any clause is ambiguous, 8j88's interpretation shall be final.

Section 2 — Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1

Age Requirement

To open an account and use gaming services at 8j88, you must be at least 21 years old. Operating or using an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

8j88 reserves the right to verify your age. You may be asked to submit a national ID or other valid documents if required.

2.2

Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be closed immediately and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.3

Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If false or incomplete information is provided, 8j88 reserves the right to cancel the account and freeze any balance. If you need to update your information, please contact the support team.

Section 3 — Account Security & Responsibility

3.1

Protecting Your Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your username, password, and all other login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account, whether or not they were done with your consent.

3.2

What to Do in Case of Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify the 8j88 support team immediately. If you fail to report it in time, full responsibility for any resulting loss will rest with you. Support email: [email protected]

Section 4 — Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1

Payment Methods

8j88 currently supports the following payment methods:

Bank Transfer: Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks

8j88 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods in the future.

4.2

Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

Minimum Deposit ৳300 (per method)

Minimum Withdrawal ৳500

Withdrawal Processing Time 10 to 45 minutes (typically)

4.3

Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request:

Account verification (KYC) must be completed.
Deposited funds must have been used to place at least one bet.
The wagering requirement for any applicable bonus must be met.
Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).

          Note: 8j88 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for additional verification if fraud is suspected.
        

4.4

Currency & Conversion

All transactions on the 8j88 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in other currencies, the applicable conversion rate at the time of processing will apply and may include a processing fee.

Section 5 — Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳15,000. The minimum deposit condition must be met to receive the bonus.

Example 1 Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total Balance ৳2,000

Example 2 Deposit ৳32,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 → Total Balance ৳47,000

5.2

Wagering Conditions

To receive the welcome bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

          Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
        

There is a set time limit for completing the wagering requirement — it will be displayed on the platform after the bonus is claimed. If the requirement is not met within the allotted time, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

5.3

General Bonus Rules

Each account may claim each promotional offer only once.
Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
All bonus offers may be modified, suspended, or cancelled at 8j88's discretion.
Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time — a new bonus will not activate until the requirements of the previous one have been met.
8j88 reserves the right to close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse is found.

Section 6 — Gaming Rules

6.1

Validity of Game Results

All games available on the 8j88 platform are operated by recognised software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt). Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be interfered with by anyone.

6.2

Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Maximum bet limits may be imposed while a bonus is active.

6.3

Technical Issues

If an internet connection is lost or any other technical problem occurs during gameplay, the game result will be determined based on the data saved on the server. The server log is the final evidence.

If an abnormal win is displayed due to a software error, 8j88 is not obliged to pay out that amount and reserves the right to void the affected game round.

6.4

Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, the applicable rules, odds, and markets for placing bets will be displayed in the relevant section. Specific rules apply regarding refunds if a match is cancelled or postponed. In the event of a dispute over a result, the decision of the relevant sports governing body is final.

Section 7 — Prohibited Activities

7.1

Strictly Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8j88 platform:

Operating multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so.
Using a fake or borrowed identity for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
Using any automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.
Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other players.
Applying bonus arbitrage or no-risk hedging strategies.
Attempting to breach or undermine the platform's security systems.

          Consequences: If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.
        

Section 8 — Responsible Gaming

Exclusion of Liability for Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8j88 will not be liable for losses arising from the following causes:

Game interruptions due to internet or connectivity outages.
Errors by third-party software or payment providers.
Unexpected technical or system failures.
Issues with the user's own device.
Losses caused by the player's own negligence or deliberate misuse.

10.3

Maximum Limit of Compensation

Even if 8j88's liability is established for any reason, no compensation will be paid in excess of the total amount deposited into your account in the 30 days prior to the origin of the claim.

Section 11 — Account Closure & Suspension

11.1

Account Closure at the User's Request

A request to close an account may be submitted to the support team at any time. Any pending wagering requirements and withdrawal requests must be settled before the request is processed.

11.2

Account Closure or Suspension at 8j88's Discretion

8j88 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is violated.
If fraud, deception, or illegal activity is suspected.
If the user fails to cooperate with identity verification.
If the account remains inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months).
If compliance with a court order or regulatory authority is required.

Section 12 — Changes to Terms and Conditions

12.1

Right to Make Changes

8j88 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. A notice will be published on the website for significant changes.

12.2

Acceptance of Changes

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms and Conditions are published will be understood as your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please contact the support team to close your account.
